Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of every print. If something isn't right, we'll make it right—simple as that.

Returns

You have 30 days from purchase to return defective or non-defective products, with these conditions:

Defective Products

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Printing defects or quality issues
  • Wrong item sent

If your print arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement or refund you—whichever you prefer. We cover return shipping.

Non-Defective Products

  • Must be in original condition and packaging
  • Custom or personalized items can't be returned (unless defective)
  • You pay return shipping
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive it

A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and processing.

Exchanges

Need a different size, framing option, or want to swap for something else? We accept exchanges within 30 days.

How Exchanges Work

  • Original item must be in new, unused condition
  • Exchanging up? You pay the difference
  • Exchanging down? We refund the difference
  • You cover shipping unless the original item was defective

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us: Email returns@martyquinn.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Package it up: Use the original packaging if you have it. Mark the RMA number clearly on the package.
  4. Ship it back: Send to the address we provide. Use tracking—it protects both of us.

International Orders

International customers cover all return shipping and any customs duties or taxes. Returns take longer due to international shipping times.
