Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 daysof purchase, subject to the conditions below:
Defective Products
- Products damaged during shipping
- Printing defects or quality issues
- Incorrect items sent
For defective products, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Defective Products
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to non-defective returns to cover handling and processing costs.
Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges for different sizes, framing options, or alternative products of equal or greater value within 30 days of purchase.
Exchange Conditions
- Original item must be in new, unused condition
- If exchanging for a higher-value item, you pay the difference
- If exchanging for a lower-value item, we will refund the difference
- Customer pays shipping costs for exchanges unless the original item was defective
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us: Email us at returns@martyquinn.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Get authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions.
- Package securely: Use original packaging when possible. Include the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
- Ship the item: Send to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes. Returns may take longer to process due to international shipping times.
